Global Delivery:
Kivib is committed to delivering your items worldwide as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or other carriers depending on the shipping address.
Delivery Times:
As items may be sourced from different locations, delivery times may vary. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Fees:
- Minimal Fees: At Kivib, we strive to keep our shipping fees minimal to offer you the best value. We are pleased to provide free worldwide express shipping on all orders!
- Fast Shipping Option: For expedited delivery, we offer a fast shipping service for an additional $15.99 per item, available at checkout.
Delivery Exclusions:
Please note that deliveries do not include weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing Time:
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours and is closed on national holidays. We make every effort to minimize shipment delays during these periods.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time for express shipping is between 10 to 12 working days. Please note that this is a guided estimate and may vary.
Order Confirmation and Tracking:
- Order Status: You can check the status of your order under the Order History section on our website. A confirmation email will also be sent upon successful checkout.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information. Alternatively, you can track your order here.
- Tracking Delays: If you do not receive a tracking confirmation email within 5 business days of making your payment, please contact us at hello@kivib.com for assistance. Remember that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.
Missed Delivery:
- Delivery Attempts: If we are unable to reach you at the specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave a message or call you. They may also leave a card with instructions on redelivery or collection options.
Common Issues During Transportation:
- Change of Address:
Please contact us before shipment to provide us with your order number, order email address, and the correct address. We will respond and confirm your change request within 4 hours. - Wrong Shipping Address:
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your tracking number. We will make every effort to successfully recover your package or correct the address with the carrier. We cannot accept address changes after 48 hours of dispatch. Please ensure the address is correct before placing your order. - Intercepted by Customs:
If the package is intercepted by customs and not delivered, we will inform the customer via email regarding the reason and resend the package. Please be patient as we work to resolve the issue. - Tracking Number Not Updating:
If the tracking number hasn’t been updated for a long time, we will investigate and either resend the package for free or offer a refund. We will also ensure no additional fees are incurred for resending. - Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If the package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we will first ask the carrier for proof of delivery. If the package was stolen or lost for reasons unrelated to the carrier’s service, we will not be responsible, but we are willing to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Responsibility and Costs:
- If the responsibility for the issue lies with us, the customer will not incur any additional costs.
- If the responsibility lies with the customer (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery), additional costs may apply.
