Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  • Once the order has shipped, if the package interception fails, please request the return address after the package has been signed for. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No compensation can be claimed for refusing the package.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused.

Return Window:

  • Upon successful return, the buyer will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s).

Return Shipping:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The return address will be provided after your return request has been confirmed by our customer service team.

Amendments:

  • Once a return has been agreed upon, no further amendments will be accepted. Please ensure all information is correct before finalizing your return.

Size Exchange

Eligibility:

  • Size exchanges are available only if the item(s) is unused. Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Exchange Process:

  • Requests for size exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and are subject to availability. When contacting us, please provide the reason for the exchange and the desired size.

Shipping and Charges:

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, including return and reshipment costs. Additional charges may apply, such as price differences between sizes and applicable sales tax.
  • The return address will be provided upon confirmation of the exchange by our customer service team.

Out of Stock Items

  • If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item, even if the order was previously confirmed. You will receive an email notification once the cancellation is processed.

Reasons for Unacceptable Return/Exchange

We will not process returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Products do not meet the 14-day Returns/Exchange criteria.
  • Products have been improperly used, such as exposure to damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or have been overheated.
  • Products have loose threads, cracks, or other damages caused by external scratches from hard objects or internal wear and tear.
  • Products exhibit color fading due to display or improper storage.
  • Products have an unclean or damaged appearance.
  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns (defective or quality issue items are excluded).
  • Any signs of damage to the packaging or the product (including accessories or parts) at the time of delivery.
